A Summersville man was arrested early Sunday on charges by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Joshua E. Johnson, 18, was transported to the Mountain View Police Department on two misdemeanor Mountain View police warrants for minor in possession of alcohol.
He also was charged with minor in possession of alcohol and wearing no seat belt, according to a report.
