A Houston man was arrested early Sunday on three charges, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Stephen G. Podest, 33, was charged with DWI, possession of marijuana and failing to drive in right lane, according to a report. He was taken to the Texas County Jail for a 12-hour hold.
