A Licking man faces charges following his arrest early Tuesday by the Missouri State Highway Patrol. Michael R. Peterson, 48, was arrested on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine; felony unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, failure to register a motor vehicle and having no insurance. Peterson was taken to the Texas County Jail awaiting the filing of any charges.
