Firefighters from three departments were called Saturday to a house fire on Hunter Drive at Eunice.
Summersville, Clear Springs and Raymondville departments were dispatched to the structure fire off Highway TT before bringing it under control last night.
Efforts were difficult because of extreme heat conditions. Additional Raymondville volunteers were called.
The American Red Cross also responded to provide a canteen.
