A Houston man received moderate injuries Saturday night when he fell from the side of a vehicle in Webster County and was ran over, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Sgt. Shane Monk said Stetson Turner, 21, was passenger in a 1999 Daewoo Nubira Driven by Joseph S. Neal, 23, of Springfield.
Turner was taken to Cox South following the accident.
