Workmen with a West Plains firm were expected to complete an asphalt overlay project in Houston on Monday.
Frederick Street is the last of several to receive new asphalt in the King-Wells Subdivision.
Nearby, Cherry Street also received improvements, as did Grand Avenue in the downtown business district.
Funds for the work come from a quarter-cent sales tax.
