A Winona man was arrested Monday afternoon in Texas County by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Ronnie G. Blake, 30, of Winona, was arrested on a warrant charging him with failing to appear on a stealing charge in his hometown.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail.
