A Houston project will be among those considered for financing during a January meeting of the Missouri Housing Development Commission in Springfield.
Austin Farms is situated west of Lilly Avenue and Holder Drive. It includes 32 apartment units.
Previous attempts to gain state tax credits or other financing for Houston projects have been unsuccessful.
The meeting is 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 13, at Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites in the Granada Room on North Glenstone.
