A Licking man was arrested Sunday
afternoon by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Authorities said Matthew P. Hubble,
30, was arrested on an outstanding Texas County warrant charging
him with failing to appear on a charge of failing to properly
affix/display a license tab on his vehicle.
