A Florida man was arrested following an accident Friday night, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Jean L. Shelhammer, 48, of Panama City Beach, Fla., was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor; and failure to drive on the right half the roadway, according to a patrol report.
He was taken to Texas County Memorial Hospital following the wreck and later released.
