Two persons were arrested Sunday by the Missouri State Highway Patrol on charges of DWI.
Brian C. Smith, 28, of Houston, on charges of DWI – misdemeanor; and resisting arrest – misdemeanor. He was taken to the Texas County Jail for a 12-hour hold.
Keisha N. Kimrey, 21, of Bucyrus, on charges of DWI, careless and imprudent driving involving an accident and wearing no seat belt. She was taken to the county jail and released.
