Houston police arrested several persons during the last week on outstanding warrants.
Officers:
-Arrested Kimberly S. Luck, 29, of 303 Second St., on a county warrant charging her with possession of a controlled substance – except 35 grams or less of marijuana. She was held Feb. 5 at the Texas County Jail as no bond was allowable.
-Arrested Adam J. Halstead, 19, of 109 Red Bud Dr., on a county warrant charging him with leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident, careless and imprudent driving, minor in possession of alcohol, littering and wearing no seat belt. He was placed in jail Feb. 5 as no bond was allowable.
-Arrested Jennifer L. Gagliardo, 30, of Mineral Drive, on a county warrant charging her with passing bad checks. She posted $1,000 bond on Feb. 5.
In other matters, police:
-Cited William L. McSherry, 79, of 116 Ozark Terrace, with having no operator’s license, expired, on Feb. 5. Police said McSherry struck a vehicle on a state parking lot Feb. 5. The other car was owned by Nancy Hardenburg, 204 Cherry St.
-Charged John Gregory Rosson, 34, of 503 S. Grand Ave., with operating a motor vehicle while license was suspended on Feb. 5.
-Investigated a Feb. 2 crash that police said occurred when a truck driven by Charles P. Noakes, 75, of 330 Frederick, backed from a parking lot onto Grand Avenue and struck a parked vehicle owned by Michael M. Bivins of Dixon.
