A Cabool man is held on a $1 million bond after his arrest on charges that he sexually abused children.
Frederick L. Smith, 53, was charged Monday with two counts of statutory rape and sodomy, as well as two charges of abuse of a child, authorities said. He is held in the county jail.
Smith resides on Cedar Bluff Avenue, according to court documents.
The arresting agency is the Cabool Police Department.
