A 27-year-old Licking man was arrested early Sunday by the Missouri State Highway Patrol after he left the scene of an accident.
Authorities said Gary P. Friend, 27, was also charged with DWI and careless and imprudent driving.
He was taken to the county jail, the patrol said.
