A 17-year-old Mountain View boy was arrested Aug. 26 in Texas County on several counts by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Justin L. Metcalf is charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, as well as on a West Plains warrant accusing him of stealing, according to a patrol report.
