A local provider of Internet services is consolidating its office resources and is operating from a single location at Raymondville.
Texas County Rural Area Information Network, TRAIN, began operating solely Monday from its Raymondville office next to city hall.
The organization said the move will allow it to more rapidly expand its high speed Internet service available in Houston and the surrounding area.
It will no longer accept payments at its Houston location, which is in the rear of the Texas County Library. Its telephone number remains the same, 417-967-2900.
