A Plato man faces six charges following his arrest Saturday night by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Toby W. Mathes, 31, is charged with DWI, driving while revoked, failing to register a motor vehicle, no insurance, not wearing a seat belt and improper vehicle lighting. He was taken to the Texas County Jail.
