The following persons were summonsed June 17 to appear in Texas County Associate Court.
The court, upon finding that these persons had been properly noticed but had failed to appear, will be issuing warrants for their arrest.
Warrants issued: Allen Hayes, Pomona; Michael T. Simmons, Salem; and Kathy C. Stevens, Summersville.
