Rebecca A. Polm: Domestic assault, third degree, first and second offense.
Lewis F. Akins: Possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana.
Joshua A. Ratliff: Domestic assault, first degree/domestic assault, third degree, first and second offense; resisting/interfering with arrest for a felony; resisting/interfering with arrest, detention or stop, unlawful use of a weapon.
Bobby J. Oller: Theft/stealing, two counts.
Benjamin C. Ogden: Driving while intoxicated-alcohol; operating a motor vehicle on highway while driver’s license/privilege revoked.
Antonia Torres: Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device.
Jennifer L. Rysedorph: Forgery.
Briana N. Chiera and Michael R. Chiera: Cnsp-forgery.
Fred R. Kragh: Nonsupport in each of six individual months within any 12-month period, amount owed is in excess of $5,000, four counts.
Terry D. Longrie: Fugitive from out of state.
Robert J. Karnes: Burglary, second degree, theft/stealing.
Daniel S. Cook: Burglary, second degree, theft/stealing.
Lindsey S. Medley: Receiving stolen property, $500 or more/or as a dealer in goods of this type.
Stephanie Krechel: Theft/stealing.
Sara M. Miller: Animal abuse.
Amanda Brown: Theft/stealing and forgery.
Melvin E. Spencer: Passing bad checks less than $500.
Lyndon A Dodson: Driving while intoxicated-alcohol-chronic offender; operating a motor vehicle on highway while driver’s license/privilege revoked; failed to drive on right half of roadway when roadway of sufficient width.
Robert W. Copenhaver: Driving while intoxicated-alcohol-persistent offender; operate motor vehicle on highway while driver’s license/privilege revoked; resisting/interfering with arrest for a felony.
