The Houston seventh grade volleyball team rebounded from an early defeat to finish third Saturday at the Cabool Tournament.
After losing 25-22, 25-13 to Mountain Grove, the Lady Tigers tied both Cabool (25-19, 15-25) and Ava (25-21, 15-25).
“The girls played well all day, other than serving,” Tottingham said.
On Thursday, Liberty defeated Houston 25-10, 25-7.
“We played much better against them this time,” Tottingham said.
Both middle school teams travel to Cabool today (Thursday) before the season finale Thursday, Oct. 16, at home against Licking.
