A 16-year-old boy was referred to the juvenile office following a fight at the city pool parking lot.
The motive, police were told, was a 22-year-old man was spending time with the boy’s two small children and his ex-girlfriend. The incident, police said, occurred Sept. 19.
In other matters, police:
-Charged Michele R. Foster, 37, with excessive noise by dogs barking between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. on Sept. 26.
-Are investigating a report of statutory rape.
