Two Houston students have been awarded the Sophomore Board of Governors Scholarship from Missouri State University-West Plains. They are Jessica Neal and Brandon Sigman.
Neal, a 2007 graduate of Houston High School, is a general studies major at Missouri State-West Plains. She is the daughter of Dean Neal of Bucyrus and Ann Tottingham of Houston.
Sigman, a 2007 graduate of Houston High School in Houston, is a general studies major at Missouri State-West Plains. He is the son of Tony Sigman of Willow Springs and Shelly Sigman of Houston.
