A 22-year-old California man faces a DWI charge following a Sunday afternoon accident on Highway AD three miles west of Cabool.
Tpr. Logan Elliott of the Missouri State Highway Patrol said Miles K. Lovell was westbound in a 1989 Toyota pickup when it left the roadway, overturned and came to rest on its side. Lovell, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken to TCMH with minor injuries. The vehicle was totaled, Elliott said.
