The Missouri Department of Transportation began repairs Monday to the South Fork Jacks Fork River bridge on Highway 137, about 6 1/2 miles north of Willow Springs.
is scheduled from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday each week until the work is complete.
Crews will remove the existing overlay, make deck repairs and apply a new seal.
Signs and flag persons will be in place to direct motorists through the work zone. This area will be reduced to one-lane during working hours. Both lanes will be open to traffic nightly.
