David Wolfe entered a guilty plea May 14 to probation violation in Texas County Circuit Court. His original charge was possession of a controlled substance 35 grams or less of marijuana and two counts of second-degree assault.
He was ordered to serve the original three, five-year sentences in prison.
Kevin Saunchegraw plead guilty May 21 to criminal nonsupport in each of six individual months within a 12-year period. The amount owed was in excess of $5,000. He received a four-year term, but imposition of the sentence was suspended in lieu of supervised probation.
