Casey McCall entered a guilty plea April 30 to five counts of passing bad checks of checks of $500 or more. She was sentenced to four years in prison, but imposition of the sentence was suspended in lieu of probation. She is to pay $2,160 in restitution and fees.

Ivan Crews entered a guilty plea May 6 to a DWI charge. He was sentenced to 90 days in the Phelps County Jail with imposition of the sentence suspended in lieu of two years of supervised probation. He must also perform 40 hours of community service.

Rodney Shockley plead guilty May 6 to two counts of felony theft/stealing of animals. He sentenced to five years in prison, but the term was suspended in lieu of supervised probation for five years. He must make $14,544 in restitution to victim Davis and $1,900 to victim Cook. Shockley also must perform 200 hours of community service and not enter any sale barn.

Jennifer Shriver was ordered May 6 to complete a shock incarceration in prison for failure to comply with the circuit’s drug court. The earlier charge – which netted supervised probation – was three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Jordan Blake entered a guilty plea May 6 to theft/stealing of more than $500, but less than $25,000. He was sentenced to three years in prison, but the imposition of the sentence was suspended in lieu of three years of supervised probation. He must serve 10 days in jail and pay $2,452 in restitution.

Joseph Hale plead guilty May 7 to stealing a motor vehicle. He was ordered to a shock incarceration and must pay $7,325 in restitution within three years.
