The proprietor of a Houston restaurant was arrested Thursday on drug-related charges, authorities said.

Robin Hayes, 43, of Houston, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, a felony, and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. She posted $25,000 bond.

A second person, Bobbie M. Crawford, 26, of Raymondville, also is charged, but has not been located.

Members of the Houston Police Department and Texas County Sheriff’s Department raided the business and said they seized a drug believed to be methamphetamine in Mom’s Kitchen on U.S. 63.
