The Missouri State Highway Patrol announced a new look for its Web site, including a feature that shows statewide traffic crash fatality totals.

The patrol said its site, www.mshp.dps.mo.gov, underwent months of redesigning and updating to make it more user-friendly. New special topics – recruiting information, safety messages and tributes to our fallen heroes – have been added on the right side.

The sex offender registry, online traffic crash reports, online arrest reports, news releases and top news stories remain on the site.

“The patrol’s Web site is a way for us to provide the most current information possible to the citizens of Missouri,” said Col. James F. Keathley, superintendent of the patrol. “I hope you’ll visit us.”
