A Plato man faces several charges after his vehicle ran off Roby Road on Friday night in northwest Texas County and overturned.
Matthew G. Berry, 26, sustained moderate injuries and was taken to TCMH in Houston. Tpr. Marty Wiseman of the patrol said Berry, who was not wearing a seat belt, was cited with DWI, no proof of insurance and failing to register the 1983 Ford Bronco.
The accident occurred just south of Roby.
