A 46-year-old Texas County man was found guilty this morning of having sexual relations with a then 14-year-old girl.
Alvey Gale is held in the Texas County Jail awaiting sentencing on Sept. 6. Gale, who also faces several unrelated counts, was charged with the incident that occurred in September 2005, said Texas County Prosecutor Mike Anderson. The trial began Monday.
Gale could be sentenced up to seven years in prison.
