Services for Kathy Skaggs, 42, of Houston, are 10 a.m. Thursday at Evans Funeral Home.
Visitation is 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 14.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to “The Skaggs Children Educational Fund” at First National Bank, Houston.
