A Big Piney woman was injured Monday morning in an ATV accident just east of Fort Leonard Wood. The Missouri State Highway Patrol said a 2010 Honda Rancher driven by Teresa A. Garrett, 45, struck a mount of gravel and was ejected. She was airlifted with moderate injuries to Cox South in Springfield.
