A St. Louis man was injured Saturday northwest of Licking when his ATV struck a stump. Tpr. T.A. Gayer of the Missouri State Highway Patrol said Mark A. Brueggeman, 43, of St. Louis, was taken to Texas County Memorial Hospital with minor injuries after he was ejected.
