A Cabool man was arrested and charged Wednesday after found in possession of a stolen vehicle. Brian Scott Powell, 49, of Cabool, is charged with first-degree tampering with a motor vehicle, a felony. He was taken to the Texas County Jail and held on $75,000 bond after his arrest by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
