An inmate at the South Central Correctional Center at Licking was declared dead Saturday morning, officials said. Brandon Hutchison, 44, was serving a life sentence for four counts of first-degree murder from Lawrence County. He had been in prison since November 1996. Officials said he died from apparent natural causes.
