A Houston man was arrested early Sunday on two charges in Cedar County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said. Aaron J. Burch, 20, of Houston, is charged with misdemeanor DWI and failure to maintain lane. He was taken to the Cedar County Jail, according to a report.
