The 15th annual Veterans Day Tribute assembly at Houston Schools will begin at 1 p.m. Tuesday inside Hiett Gymnasium. Area veterans and the public are encouraged to attend.
Superintendent Scott Dill is the featured speaker. The Missouri Veterans Commission will present awards and the Mountain Grove ROTC will post and retire the flags. There will be performances by the first grade students, high school band and choir.
That evening, the first graders will present their “ Proud Little Americans” at 6 p.m. in the elementary gym.
