Thurlo “Cotton” and Nancy Halford will be celebrating their golden wedding anniversary 5 p.m. Saturday, June 27, at their home on Locust Grove Rd., Batesville, Ark. The event will be hosted by their children and family.
Thurlo and Nancy Anika were married on June 27, 1965 at the First Christian Church in Houston by the Rev. Don Brower. Their first home was in Wichita, Kan., before moving to the Batesville area.
