A wanted Edgar Springs man was arrested early Saturday in Texas County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
James L. Hatcher, 37, was wanted to failure to appear on warrants from the Edgar Springs Police Department and the Doolittle Police Department.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail.
Leonard E. Bay, 39, of Houston, was arrested on a DWI charge and held at the Texas County Jail, the patrol said.
