• Eagle’s Club No. 3911, routine inspection Oct. 21, 2016: Two core violations.

• Fast & Friendly, reinspection Oct. 6, 2016: Three core violations.

• Hartshorn Grocery, routine inspection Oct. 5, 2016: Seven priority and four core violations; re-inspection Oct. 25, 2016: Two core violations.

• Houston High School, routine inspection Oct. 7, 2016: No violations.

• Houston Senior Center, routine inspection Oct. 31, 2016: No violations.

• Licking High School, routine inspection Oct. 14, 2016: One priority and one core violation; re-inspection Oct. 20, 2016: No violations.
