The following are excerpts from reports generated by the Houston Police Department:
•Brandon M. Ingram, 29, of 10340 Horner Drive at Licking, was issued a citation for failure to obey after an incident April 28 at the Office Bar in downtown Houston.
At about 12:30 a.m., an officer was at the bar investigating an alleged assault with a deadly weapon and Ingram was present. Ingram reportedly became angry with the officer and made threatening moves as if wanting to fight. When told to stand down, he refused.

The Houston Police Department handled a pair of investigations during the last week.
Ingram was arrested and taken to jail for a 12-hour hold period.
•Marilyn R. Knuston, 66, of 10871 Mill Road at Bucyrus, was cited for passing a school bus while loading or unloading after allegedly driving by a bus stopped on Ozark Street at about 8:30 a.m. April 16.
•Katherine E. Bruns, 47, of 610 S. Hamrick Ave. in Houston, was issued a citation for driving while intoxicated after an incident at about 1:15 p.m. April 25.
An officer responded to a report of an accident at Taco Bell and during an investigation, Bruns was reportedly found passed out in her vehicle in the gravel lot behind the restaurant. Testing revealed that her blood alcohol level was .350, about four times the legal limit.
Bruns was taken to the Texas County Jail.
