Two persons were arrested on drug charges July 16 by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Leslie A. Collins, 34, of Willow Springs, was cited and released on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Samatha G. Mansfield, 34, of Willow Springs, was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and on a West Plains traffic warrant. She was held at the West Plains Police Department.
