The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested an illegal immigrant from Mexico Feb. 19 in Texas County.
Visente C. Guillen, 28, was charged with having no valid operator’s license, a window tint violation and a pending warrant for immigration violation. He was taken to the Texas County Jail and held for the Immigration, Customs Enforcement.
