With the arrival of spring, comes the launch of the Houston Garden Club’s annual lawn and business contest.
Eugene and Wanda Floyd of 1102 Industrial Drive won first place. Other honorees: Naomi Montgomery, 608 Mockingbird Lane, second; and Jon and Lesa Kinney, 910 Hawthorn, third.
Texas County Memorial Hospital campus was recognized with the business award.
