A section of Highway 17 north of Roby was closed Monday night after a vehicle and tractor collided, authorities said.
The mishap left debris scattered on the roadway, emergency responders said.
Roby Fire Department and the Missouri State Highway Patrol responded. No report was released, meaning no injuries were recorded.
The patrol said Matthew G. Berry, 31, of Plato, was arrested on charges of DWI, driving while suspended, displaying plates of another, following too closely, having no insurance and failing to wear a seat belt. He was taken to the Texas County Jail and held, according to a report
